Having undertaken work for numerous businesses all over the south of England we soon realised that there just aren't any companies that offer tailored maintenance or cleaning contracts with the business/customer in mind. Every year on average landlords, businesses and homeowners spend up to 5% of their properties value on general repairs and emergency callouts, most of which could have been avoided by having a tailored maintenance contract. By using our own trusted in house contractors we ensure that all jobs are carried out to the highest of standards and are dealt with quickly, whereas many other maintenance companies will outsource the work causing delays and standards issues.

 

All of our maintenance contracts include a complimentary site visit prior to the agreement, 24hr emergency helpline to give you the peace of mind and advice to assist with any emergency, 1 emergency call out included per month, an annual health check/report of the property, yearly PAT Testing on appliances, basic repairs included over a wide range of services labour only (e.g. plumbing, electrics, roof leaks etc) and a substantial discount up to 40% on larger repairs, construction and renovation work through our sister company Carrington Renovations & Build. Services included as standard in our commercial maintenance contracts:

 

Preventative & Routine Maintenance

·  Annual Site Visit & Health Report of Property

Corrective Maintenance

·  Minor Plumbing Repairs (e.g. leaking, clogs and other minor plumbing issues)

·  Minor Electrical Repairs (e.g. repairing or replacing electrical fixtures, lighting issues, wiring and diagnostic testing)

·  Minor Decorative Repairs (e.g. addressing paint issues and ensuring a well maintained appearance)

·  Minor Carpentry Repairs (e.g. fixing damaged wood, doors or other minor carpentry work)

·  Minor Fences & Boundary Repairs (e.g. repairing or replacing fences/external boundary walls)

·  Minor Furniture & Fixture Repairs (e.g. broken cupboards, shelves and desks etc)

·  Minor Health & Safety Repairs (e.g. trip hazards, disability fixture issues, signage)

·  Minor Lock Repairs (e.g. addressing issues with locks and keys)

·  Minor Roof Repairs (e.g. fixing roof leaks/broken tiles)

 

Emergency Support

·  One Out Of Hours Emergency Callout Included Per Month (additional callouts within the same period will incur a charge of £50 for the first hour and an additional £15 per hour thereafter)
